Grit & Glory Taekwondo

Our programs

A program for every stage of life.

From first kicks at age three to advanced training for teens and adults, each Grit & Glory program is built around how students actually develop — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Ages 3–6 · Where confidence starts

Little Tigers

Play-based, age-appropriate Taekwondo that turns boundless toddler energy into focus and coordination — building the motor skills, listening habits, and self-assurance that set them up for school and life.

  • Better balance, coordination, and motor control
  • Listening skills and following instructions
  • Early confidence in a group setting

Ages 7–12 · Discipline meets technique

Junior Warriors

Where Taekwondo gets serious — in the best way. Real technique through structured poomsae and sparring fundamentals, plus the goal-setting and self-discipline that show up in schoolwork and at home.

  • Genuine technical skill and physical fitness
  • Perseverance and a healthy relationship with goals
  • Self-discipline that transfers to school and home

Ages 13 and up · Train like an athlete

Teens & Adults

Advanced training under coaches who've competed nationally and internationally. Whether the goal is self-defense, fitness, mastery, or the podium — complete beginners welcome, and parents often train alongside their teens.

  • Tournament-level sparring, self-defense, and conditioning
  • Leadership and mental discipline
  • A pathway to competition, belt mastery, or fitness goals
