Where confidence starts

Little Tigers — Taekwondo for Ages 3 to 6

Our Little Tigers program turns boundless toddler energy into focus and coordination. Through play-based, age-appropriate Taekwondo, your child builds the motor skills, listening habits, and self-assurance that set them up for school and life — long before they earn their first belt.

What a Little Tigers Class Looks Like

  1. 1

    Warm-Up Games

Simple movement games get 3-to-6-year-olds moving, listening, and ready to focus — no standing still and waiting.

  2. 2

    Stance and Kick Practice

Short, repeated bursts of basic stances and beginner kicks, broken up before attention drifts.

  3. 3

    Balance and Coordination Drills

Playful, obstacle-style drills that build the motor control every later belt depends on.

  4. 4

    Focus and Respect Habits

Simple routines — bowing in, waiting your turn, listening for the whistle — taught the same way from day one.

  5. 5

    Cool-Down and High-Fives

Every class ends on a win, so a 3-year-old leaves wanting to come back.

Parents tell us this is often the first time their child sits still and listens to an instruction all the way through — every session builds on that.

Questions About Little Tigers

  • We accept students from age 3. Each child is taught according to their developmental stage, not just their age, so a younger 3-year-old and an older one both get what they need.

  • Not in our experience. Little Tigers classes are built around what a 3-to-6-year-old can actually do — short bursts of activity, simple instructions, and a lot of positive reinforcement. If your child can follow a simple direction and separate from you for a short class, they're ready to try.

  • Jogging pants and a white t-shirt, plus a bottle of water — no uniform needed for the free trial. We'll guide you on gear once they enroll.

  • All three Grit & Glory branches — Hagonoy, Arca South, and Parañaque — run Little Tigers. Check each branch's page for exact days and times.
