What a Teens & Adults Class Looks Like
- 1
Conditioning and Warm-Up
Real athletic conditioning, not a kids'-class warm-up — this is training, not daycare.
- 2
Advanced Technique and Forms
Higher-level poomsae and technique work, refined for precision rather than just repetition.
- 3
Sparring and Self-Defense
Live sparring and practical self-defense drills, scaled to each student's belt level and goals.
- 4
Competition or Fitness Track
Students choose their own emphasis — tournament preparation for those who want to compete, or fitness and mastery for those who don't.
“Whether the goal is a black belt, a competition podium, or just a real workout, students tell us the discipline from the mat carries into the rest of their week.”
