Your First Class Is Free
Every new student's first class at Grit & Glory is completely free — no uniform, no equipment, no commitment. Just wear jogging pants and a white t-shirt, bring water, and book your branch and time in advance.
What Happens in a Trial Class
- 1
Check In and Warm Up
Arrive a few minutes before class to check in and meet your coach. You'll warm up right alongside the other students.
- 2
Join a Real Class
Your child trains with the actual class for their age group — the same drills, structure, and coaches every other student trains with. This isn't a demo.
- 3
Talk to Your Coach
After class, your coach will share what they saw and answer any questions about starting properly.
What to Wear and Bring
- Jogging pants
- A white t-shirt
- A bottle of water
No uniform or other gear is needed for your trial class. Book must be made in advance — see the FAQ below.

Trial Class Questions
Yes — your first class is completely free, with no obligation to continue.
Wear jogging pants and a white t-shirt, and bring a bottle of water. No other gear is needed for your trial class.
Trial classes need to be booked in advance, so a coach is ready for your child and the class isn't over capacity. Book your branch and time before you come.
Yes. Parents, siblings, and guardians are welcome to watch from the parent seating area.
We'd rather you arrive on time — discipline starts from the very first class, and arriving late means your child won't get the full trial experience. If you know you'll be late, it's best to reschedule.
It depends on the branch. Don Bosco (Parañaque) has on-premises parking. Arca South has nearby paid parking at Landers or Ayala Malls Arca South, about a 5-minute walk away. Hagonoy has street parking only.
Any age from 3 and up — Little Tigers (3–6), Junior Warriors (7–12), or Teens & Adults (13 and up).
